Can I track my Order?
Yes! Track your order by typing in the order number into our online tracking database and it will show you what stage your parcel is in the delivery process.
Can I get a refund?
At Bluestar Eyewear, we are committed to providing the best possible shopping experience for our customers. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected, and we aim to resolve issues on a case-by-case basis. However, as a small business, refunds for a change of mind can be a challenging process. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
We offer an easy exchange from the product you are unhappy with for a product you'll love!
Can I get a exchange or a store credit?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy exchange for a product you'll love! We also provide store credit within 30 days of purchase, as long as the product is in original, unused condition with the product tag still attached and no scratches on the lenses. To process an exchange or store credit, we require proof of purchase.
Can I pick up in-store?
Yes, you can! You can easily call, or live chat with one of our three stores and ask our friendly staff to check on the availability of the stock you are after and purchase online ready to collect in store.
What are product warranties?
Product warranties can differ between brands, and you can find the specific warranty details for each brand in the product information section on the sunglasses' webpage. Please note that Blue Star Eyewear does not cover shipping fees for warranty claims or repairs unless the supplier has agreed to cover these costs.
