Returns & Exchanges Policy
If you have purchased your sunglasses from our Online Store and are not happy with them for any reason, please let us know straight away by writing to admin@bluestareyewear.com.au.
If you would like to return or exchange your online purchase, we will accept your returned sunglasses for exchange or full refund; however, there are a few conditions:

30-Day Return Period – You must request your return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

You must contact our company at the email address above before returning your item.

The product must be unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.

You must return the item using Australia Post insured and registered service at your own cost to the following address:

In the case of a major factory fault and/or defect, a full refund may be available. If a major fault or defect is confirmed upon receipt of the product, the processing fee will be refunded.
